One wonders how they can say these things without blushing, smirking, winking, or ending it with “… Just kidding!”

Obama Adviser Says U.S. Should Mull Second Stimulus

July 7 (Bloomberg)—The U.S. should consider drafting a second stimulus package focusing on infrastructure projects because the $787 billion approved in February was “a bit too small,” said Laura Tyson, an outside adviser to President Barack Obama.

Sometime we simply KNOW they’re “just kidding”.

Drudge covers it exactly right, capturing another one of those over-produced,  pre-written, teleprompter-read Obama bon mots which are nothing more than simplistic bromidic uppers, seemingly designed only to encourage the dumb liberal media to constantly quote The One, or to further secure the awe of the truly naive (BEHOLD ALL YE:  “The future does not belong to those who gather armies or plant missiles…”);  and then countering with a reality downer pill.
